Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply equally to singular and plural forms where the context so requires.

• "hz999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the hz999 online gaming platform, accessible at hz999.bio, and all associated services, games, products, and communications operated thereunder.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on hz999 or who accesses any part of the hz999 platform, whether or not a registered account exists.
• "Account" — refers to the personal gaming account opened by a Member following successful registration on the hz999 platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — refers to the PKR-denominated funds held within a Member's hz999 Account, including real-money balances and bonus balances where separately maintained.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's Account as part of an hz999 promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or market available on the hz999 platform, including sports betting markets, live casino tables, and slot games.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion, and reality-check features available to Members within the hz999 Account settings.
• "Prohibited Activity" — refers to any conduct, transaction, or behaviour expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, money laundering, and use of automated software.

Access to and use of the hz999 platform is conditional upon your full, unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with the hz999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and together constitute the entire agreement between you and hz999.

Your acceptance is evidenced by any of the following actions: (a) ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration; (b) completing the registration process and submitting your account application; (c) making a deposit to your hz999 Account; or (d) placing any wager on the platform. hz999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on hz999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and opening only one personal account in your own name. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party when depositing funds or placing wagers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hz999 or had an account closed for Terms violation.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of hz999.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gaming syndicate activity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on hz999. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered using false or incomplete personal details are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

hz999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a standard part of account management. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — before withdrawals are approved or at any point during your membership at hz999's discretion. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

• One Account per person, email address, device, and household is permitted.
• Account credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential at all times.
• hz999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify hz999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• hz999 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of Account standing.

hz999 operates a fully PKR-native cashier. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via locally supported payment methods. hz999 does not charge platform fees on deposits; standard network fees imposed by payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may apply independently.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly to the Member's Account balance.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically credited within 1–2 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours of approval during business hours. Pending KYC verification may delay withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the hz999 Account. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.
• hz999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or funds associated with suspected fraudulent transactions may be frozen pending investigation.
• Funds deposited to hz999 Accounts are held separately from operational funds and used solely for Member gaming activities.

hz999 offers various promotional bonuses to its Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, ICC tournaments, and Pakistani public holidays including Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as rollover or playthrough), which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, qualifying game contributions, minimum odds, and expiry periods for each bonus are published on the individual promotion page on hz999.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per Account unless hz999 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and may only be used on the hz999 platform — they carry no cash value prior to wagering requirement completion.
• hz999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or defraud the hz999 bonus system — including through multiple account registrations, collusion, or irregular betting patterns — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

All games and betting markets on hz999 — including cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, Diamond Tycoon, and Vivo Live — are governed by their individual game rules published on the platform, as well as these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless hz999 expressly states otherwise.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. hz999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• hz999 reserves the right to void any wager where it has been accepted in error, where the odds or payout were clearly incorrect, or where the event outcome was known at the time the bet was placed.
• Live in-play cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC events — are subject to market suspension during critical match events (wickets, rain delays, DLS calculations). Wagers placed after a suspension event may be voided at hz999's discretion.
• Slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. hz999 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live) and are subject to those providers' studio rules in addition to hz999's Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed in each game or market and may be adjusted by hz999 at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hz999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported and are subject to forfeiture.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports event outcomes, or betting markets.
• Using hz999 for money laundering, structuring transactions, or any financial activity connected to criminal proceeds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information-based betting on cricket or any other sport available on hz999.
• Accessing hz999 using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the hz999 platform, its servers, or its associated infrastructure.

All content on the hz999 platform — including but not limited to the hz999 brand name, logo, Diamond Tycoon and Vivo Live branding, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hz999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hz999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any hz999 content without prior written consent from hz999. Any unauthorised use of hz999 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz999, its directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the hz999 platform.
• Any loss of winnings, profit, data, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or network interruptions beyond hz999's reasonable control.
• Any interruption to live cricket betting markets or live casino games caused by third-party provider outages, including outages from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Pragmatic Play Live.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain Account security, including unauthorised access arising from credential sharing or compromise.
• Any indirect or speculative losses, whether or not hz999 had been advised of their possibility.

hz999's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their hz999 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

hz999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the hz999 Privacy Policy.

hz999 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, address, email address, phone number, and payment details for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. hz999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification providers and with game content providers strictly as necessary to deliver platform services.

hz999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for some individuals, online gaming can lead to harm if not managed carefully. Our platform provides a full suite of Responsible Gaming Tools, available to every Member at any time through their Account settings.

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit to your hz999 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose over a specified period to help maintain control over your gaming spend in PKR.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a continuous period, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks — Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your net gaming activity for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion — Exclude yourself from the hz999 platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and access to the platform is blocked for the nominated period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period — Take a short break from the platform (24 hours to 6 weeks) without committing to full self-exclusion.

hz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other Prohibited Activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Account inactivity — an Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees as notified to the Member.
• Request by the Member themselves (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
• Direction by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure in good standing (i.e., not arising from a Terms violation), any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings attributable to bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the hz999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which hz999 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and hz999, the Member should first contact hz999 Member Support via live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. hz999 aims to resolve all Member complaints within 7 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the applicable independent dispute resolution body designated by hz999's licensing authority.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute process above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory in which hz999 holds its gaming licence.

hz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hz999 will notify active Members via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the hz999 platform. The updated Terms will be published at the top of this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the hz999 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the platform and contact hz999 Member Support to request Account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
